Design plays an important role within training and assessment. However, rather than applying generic, cookie-cutter approaches, training organisations should strive to make design decisions that reflect the diverse needs of their learners, the requirements of the industries they serve and the unique vision they have for delivery. This series aims to provide VET practitioners with guidance, advice and resources to support the creation of effective and engaging training and assessment.

The series comprises the following sessions:

• Extending your PowerPoint practice
• Maximising learner success through the development of effective learning resources
• Developing effective recognition strategies
• Developing best-practice marking guides.

Participants can choose to attend individual sessions or bundle all four webinars into an event series.
