Marc Ratcliffe

Jason Ash

Jason has more than 13 years of training and assessment experience, gained predominantly in corporate environments. He has specialised in delivering training in sales, coaching, business communication and management and has received international acclaim for his work in Learning and Development.

Anthony Josephs

Anthony brings together more than 20 years of Training and Facilitation experience from all over the globe. Originally from New Zealand, Anthony has travelled the world adding to his trainer’s tool bag and today finds himself to be a fierce advocate for lifelong learning. He has a passion to develop confident and highly effective participants and his high energy inspires candidates to work at their best.

Damian Noud

Damian has more than 20 years of experience in training and assessing at universities and private colleges. Through his roles as a Director of Studies and then Principal at NSW and QLD private training organisations, Damian has had substantial practical management experience in Australia's VET sector. After completing an Honours degree in Economics, he obtained a Masters of Business Administration in addition to relevant vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment.

Geoff Cake

Geoff brings more than 25 years of training and facilitation experience to the organisation, gained in both Australian and international environments. He continues to passionately demonstrate the ability to encourage learners to develop new skills and mind sets in a variety of diverse cultural and economic settings. He is a qualified celebrant, having officiated hundreds of ceremonies over the past two decades.

Phillip Jefford

Phillip brings a strong background in Learning and Development and Project Management to the team.  This includes experience in both the corporate sector and within RTO environments. Originally building his career in management roles, Phillip has since moved into the training world, specializing in organizational leadership, professional development and coaching skills. His ability to relate his workplace experience to training has made him an engaging and interesting facilitator.

Anne Hales

Anne has had 23 years  of experience in the training field. She is passionate about creating positive learning experiences for all students, but is particularly skilled in engaging culturally diverse audiences. Initially specialising in Management and Human Resources, she quickly moved into work with school-based traineeships and face-to-face delivery in a variety of TAFE environments.

Tony Kirton

Tony is an engaging speaker bringing fun and energy to the training room, drawing experience from a range of sectors including Retail and the Community Services where he performed both Management and Learning and Development roles. Having over six years’ experience in both organisational learning and training and assessment, Tony puts an emphasis on how excellent training practices can increase organisational performance.

Tom Bourne

Tom brings to MRWED experience in Government, Private Enterprise and the RTO world. Having worked with companies such as Australia Post, Australian Customs, Brisbane City Council and the National Safety Council. He is a highly accomplished and experienced trainer and assessor and compliance and enforcement professional offering extensive expertise in management, analysis, protective security, investigations, security awareness education, risk assessments, planning and mitigations.

Helen Pentony

Helen has worked in the areas of adult and vocational education for over 25 years, in both the public and private sectors. She is experienced in establishing and implementing effective training and professional development programs as well as working extensively as a face-to-face trainer and facilitator.

Through professional experience and higher education participation, she has developed extensive skills in planning, designing and managing complex adult and vocational education programs and environments.

Rachael Trbovic

Rachael has over 15 years’ experience working in training and development, including senior management and Trainer/Assessor roles within registered training organisations. She has a reputation as an engaging and enthusiastic trainer who is passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge and skills and brings to this role current industry experience having conducted RTO audits and RTO consultancy for Training and Audit Solutions.

Kim Redelinghuys

Kim moved to Australia from South Africa in 2011 and completed Diplomas in Vocational Education and Training as well as Leadership and Management. She then proceeded to study further and obtained her certificate IV in TESOL and Certificate III in Business and Business administration to equip her to provide the best quality training and support possible.

Megan Turner

Megan is a diploma qualified trainer/assessor and is currently undertaking her Master of Training and Development through Griffith University. She also has qualifications in Tourism, Business, and Leadership and Management. She began her training career teaching Tourism in a domestic college in 2008 and has a since taught face-to- face in a range of Australian and international colleges. She also has a strong background in supporting students in an online environment.
