All participants will have access to support from the MRWED Learner Success Team (LST) along with structured webinar-based tutorials, together with a comprehensive suite of resources. All students are provided a login to the MRWED online portal which contains a copy of all their courseware and assessments together with a range of pertinent documents to support them during each cluster. This includes: templates (e.g. session plans, learning programs, assessment plans, assessment tools, assessment instruments) policies and procedures for managing training and assessment arrangements, copies of sample units of competency together with their assessment conditions articles and videos for reflection tasks. Payment plans are only offered to students who pay their own tuition fees. Payment plans are not available if a student is accessing funding. Six-Month Payment Plans You will receive one (1) invoice. Frequently Asked Questions What is the start and finish time? The doors will be open at 8:30am for a 9am start and the course will conclude at approximately 5pm What should I bring? We will provide all necessary materials such as pens, paper, assessment books and Books of readings. We will also provide a USB stick with versions of all of our assessment books. If you prefer to work on laptop please bring it along. We have free WIFI in all our rooms so feel free to bring along any other smart device that will aid your learning experience. Is lunch provided? No, we will however provide morning and afternoon Tea as well as Tea, Coffee and water throughout the day. All our centres are fitted with refrigerators and Microwaves if you choose to bring a packed lunch. Alternatively there are many fine food outlets in close walking distance to all our centres What sort of assessment work is there? In the public course you will be involved in many different delivery and assessment strategies ranging from Assessment books with short answer and Multiple choice questions through to role-plays and written feedback from our Learning leaders on a series of presentations you will deliver during the course Is there a dress code for the course? Neat casual dress is required How long does it take to get my certificate? In most cases within 2 weeks of you successfully completing your studies, you will receive a link via your nominated email address to your original Statement of Attainment or Testamur. From this link you will be able to print a copy, save the document or forward as an attachment. If you would also like a hard copy sent to you, you will be asked in the email to confirm your details are correct, once confirmed we will organise printing and postage to your nominated postal address. Can I choose which electives I want to do? On launch MRWED will be offering a limited selection of electives, however we will continue to add new units to provide more choice and flexibility over time.
