20 November 2020 MRWED provided three PD sessions for TAFE SA teachers as part of their Staff Appreciation Month held in November. The sessions were: Introduction to Creative Training Techniques Trainers Cookbook: recipes for Learning Engagement Success Facilitation Tips to enhance your Online Trainer’s Tool Kit. According to Damian Turner, Executive Director People and Culture, “November was an opportunity for TAFE SA to recognise staff’s strong commitment, professionalism and contributions in 2020”. Very positive feedback was received for the sessions, with Mr Turner stating that attendees praised “the versatility of the information provided, the strong practical strategies that can be adapted to suit their individual needs and the reminder of how fun can be incorporated into training”. We were delighted to be part of this unique and important professional development event.
