12 September 2012 Marc Ratcliffe has returned from delivering two workshops at the annual Bob Pike Group Conference in Minneapolis. The first was a two-day “Workplace Assessment Workshop” customised for the American context and the second was a standing-room only presentation of his popular “26 Proven techniques to engage and enliven training”. The feedback for both workshops was outstanding and we look forward to proving additional US workshops in the near future.
