13 December 2013 Marc is taking great steps in MRWED-inizing the USA, with new programs conducted stateside. He was in Oklahoma City today delivering two workshops for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. The first was “The Trainer’s First Aid Kit: 15 strategies to manage difficult behaviours and situations” and the second was “Understanding the Language of the Learner”.
