12 October 2012 CEO, Marc Ratcliffe recently visited the Syama Mine in Mali, West Africa to investigate Trainer Training options for Workplace Trainers, Supervisors and Leading Hands on site. As part of the trip he delivered a 2 day workshop for supervisors in French with great success. He will return in January to complete further Trainer Training Workshops.
