Other Study Options: 

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available to all MRWED students who can demonstrate that they already possess current skills and knowledge relevant to the qualification. Making an RPL application requires the students to enrol and then provide evidence substantiating their claim for competency. Suggested evidence and the process for obtaining RPL is described in the RPL Kit. After reviewing the submitted evidence, a MRWED assessor will contact the participant with advice about whether or not the evidence satisfies the assessment requirements for each of the Units of Competency included in that qualification. If the provided evidence is sufficient, authentic, current and valid then the applicant will not be required to undertake any further training or assessment prior to issuance.

Damian Noud

Damian has more than 20 years of experience in training and assessing at universities and private colleges. Through his roles as a Director of Studies and then Principal at NSW and QLD private training organisations, Damian has had substantial practical management experience in Australia's VET sector.

Geoff Cake

Geoff brings more than 25 years of training and facilitation experience to the organisation, gained in both Australian and international environments. He continues to passionately demonstrate the ability to encourage learners to develop new skills and mind sets in a variety of diverse cultural and economic settings. He is a qualified celebrant, having officiated hundreds of ceremonies over the past two decades.

Phillip Jefford

Phillip brings a strong background in Learning and Development and Project Management to the team.  This includes experience in both the corporate sector and within RTO environments. Originally building his career in management roles, Phillip has since moved into the training world, specializing in organizational leadership, professional development and coaching skills.

Dianne Delbridge

Dianne has over 25 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in Travel and Tourism, working with both national and international hotel chains. While Regional Manager for BIG4 Holiday Parks, her role in training Park staff Australia-wide in the company’s systems and marketing programs uncovered a passion for training and writing.
