MRWED has now combined the Zoom webinar platform with our popular self-paced online program to create a facilitator-led, online learning program via Zoom! This option continues to use the online learning platform Canvas to host and coordinate training and assessment activities, whilst also adding an extra level of support via scheduled Zoom sessions. During these live, facilitator-led sessions, a MRWED Learning Leader will introduce students to critical course content, in a way that often mimics the dynamic interactions of our face-to-face training. They will also provide additional coaching and support to learners to aid in the preparation of projects and completion of other assessment activities. Apply Now Hear from our Students I had the pleasure of attending the online zoom sessions with Damian and Dianne and they worked as a team, kept the energy of the group up and presented the information in a clear and engaging way. I also appreciated in a more general way all the trainers who provided feedback in a timely manner. Hear from our Students What an experience :-) you guys are awesome. I was lucky enough to attend the DEL zoom sessions bought about by COVID and although a bit weird, as I hadn't used zoom before much, it was a fantastic experience, and am so grateful it was an option. I feel like I really learned a lot a really grew from the sessions and trainer feedback. Hear from our Students All of the trainers involved in the facilitator-led online training were sensational. They all had their unique ways of presenting information and keeping this training interesting and engaging. All trainers where exceptionally knowledgeable. I completed my first every upgrade with MRWED, hence as to why I returned for this upgrade. First time was amazing and second time again amazing, please keep up the great work! What to Expect FAQs Team What to Expect The Facilitator-led Online Learning program is an integrated program of study that combines live delivery of course content via Zoom in short sessions coupled with learning activities, reinforcement tasks, extension exercises, reflections, and formative assessment. Furthermore, it enjoys all the same support options as the online program. MRWED has historically found that most students prefer fill-in-the-blank type assessments rather than potentially problematic multiple-choice questions or essays. Consequently, most of our knowledge assessments are short-answer questions. To give you realistic scenarios that duplicate real work practices, there are also some projects so that you can follow a training or assessment process through all of the planning, conducting and reviewing phases – These are almost always popular with our students. Finally, there are some practical components that need to be observed by either a MRWED assessor (Don’t worry we train them to be extra-friendly) through a video submission, or a third-party assessor. This course has been designed to support the external student as much as possible.
